Above you will find a link to an herb chart which
includes some of the varieties we hope to carry at the market for 2009. The chart includes information about the herb's flavor
and use as well as seed and planting information.
Current varieties at the stand include parsley (flat and curly),
basil (Martina, purple opal, amethyst and dani - very lemony), cilantro, dill, winter thyme, oregano, rosemary and sage.
Please check often to see what has come out of the greenhouse and is available for you. They are available in 4 inch pots
and 2 inch plugs. If there is a particular herb you are looking for, please email us and we will be happy to give you
the latest information on our inventory.
They will be available by the plant to take home and plant
in your own gardens or containers. We have started our own herb gardens in containers near the stand and in the
kitchen garden behind the market so we will be able to offer fresh cut herbs. We will be offering fresh cut flowers as well.
