Field News:
The berries are outperforming themselves and the fields are looking
very healthy. We also have prepicked strawberries, asparagus, sweet onions, lettuce, salad greens, may peas, sugar snaps and
sweet potatoes available daily as well as hanging baskets. From southern points, we have tomatoes, new potatoes, and
cucumbers. Jams, pickles, Hubs Virginia peanuts, locally made scented soaps made from goat's milk round out what
is available at this time.
About Us:
The Cullipher family has been growing fresh fruits and vegetables in Pungo for decades. Over the years, we have supplied local
stores, roadside stands and restaurants with homegrown produce which we are now offering directly to you. We are a
family farm operated by the third and fourth generations with the fifth in training. We use Integrated Pest Management which
includes a minimum usage of pesticides applied based on field sampling and number of pests found. Our family eats the same
high quality food that we have available at our farm market.
